Refrigerator Dill Pickles:1. Add 4-6 cloves garlic, 4-6 head of dill and 1/2 tsp pickle crisp to a large mason jar sitting on a towel. (Can add 1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes if desired)2. Add 2 quarts of sliced, fresh cucumbers to the jar.3. Bring a brine of 6 cups water, 1/2 cup white vinegar, and 4 Tbsp pickling salt to a boil. Pour over the cucumbers until fully submerged.
